Creative Mojo® Ltd is the brainchild of Sandra Caldeira-Dunkerley. Sandra’s background has always been in the creative field and has a BA Hons in fashion design too.
It was while she was working in the field of children’s crafts, she realised there was a fundamental need for cworkshops of this type for the elderly and people with disabilities. Being a busy mother of two, time was always limited, particularly when first establishing the business, therefore Creative Mojo® Ltd was developed with the specific aim of being capable of being managed around the demands of a busy family life with flexible working hours, whilst still ensuring a good income.
Sandra runs Creative Mojo® alongside her husband Paul. Paul's background, going back more than 25 years, is also deep rooted in the creative industry as he also runs his own graphic design business. This comes in handy when it comes to the ongoing production of the marketing and digital materials for the business. Having this in-house design resource means more focus and consistency for the franchisees and as an overall brand as it grows.
Bel provides much of our launch training for new franchisees. Bel has been running her successful Exeter and District franchise for over a year now and due to her being a fantastic trainer, proximity to head office and incredible enthusiasm she is the perfect match to help get our new franchisees up and running.
Kelly is our office administrator. She is responsible for initial enquiries, processing the DBS's and making initial bookings for new franchisees. Kelly is also an existing part-time Mojo franchisee running the Ipswich and Colchester territory.
Kathy is our social media manager and updates all our social feeds with the latest and greatest creations our franchisees and their fab clients produce. With a background in creative book writing, she is perfect for making sure our posts are written well and make sense!
